Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc. is a suspension yoga studio that offers a number of programs and classes designed predominately for kids and services the Halton Region of Ontario. We are a heart and mindfulness based company whose mission is to provide fun, interactive and self-educational programs and classes. Children and adults can learn about their emotions, gain physical and mental strength as well as self-confidence when participating in a variety of suspension yoga classes offered at the studio. Our reputation led us to appear on CHCH Morning Live and in a number of magazines including Neighbors of Millcroft.

Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc. knows the importance of family which is why we offer child classes, parent and child classes as well as special events that are designed to spur growth in heart-centered thinking, mindfulness and strengthen bonds between family members of all ages.

With more than 25 years’ experience working with children of all ages, backgrounds, religions and physically capabilities, Sandra Doweck applies her knowledge of Yoga and expert parenting skills to programs that build self-confidence, promote a healthy self-image and are fun for all ages. Whether it’s building crafts during the mindfulness course or teaching little ones how to execute a full inversion, Miss Sandra has the skills to keep everyone safe while having fun and staying connected to her positive motivational energy.
