Care Credits™ can be distributed by employers to support employees who are facing unexpected caregiving situations in Burlington involving an aging parent, spouse, or family member. Credits can be used through the Caredara™ platform to access local home care support services, including companionship visits, wellness check-ins, meal preparation assistance, and other in-home support provided by trusted care practitioners.

This program helps organizations support employees experiencing caregiving stress, reduce productivity loss related to caregiver responsibilities, and provide practical assistance when employees need it most.
