Red Cap Hot Sauce Co puts 'flavour first, heat second.'  We make authentic Trini-style scotch bonnet hot sauce, right here in the GTA, using local ingredients whenver possible.  We sell only one sauce -- we do one thing, very, very well. Our Peppa Sauce features scotch bonnet and habanero peppers, rounded out with red bell pepper, garlic, celery, cilantro and a herb called culantro.  We add no water to our hot sauce, instead we use fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice. Our sauce can be found in the Handmade House downtown Burlington, as well as other specialty retailers.
